Elena Matzaridou

Elena Matzaridou is a maritime professional with over 15 years of industry experience, based in Piraeus, Greece.

She brings together maritime expertise and digital foresight, driving initiatives that leverage data intelligence and emerging technologies to shape the next era of maritime transformation. Elena works with Greek and international shipping companies on digital integration, IT transformation, and performance optimization initiatives.

She is an active member of AMMITEC, the Association of Maritime Managers in IT and Communications and WISTA, representing WISTA Hellas on WISTA International's Yachting Committee.

Elena also holds leadership roles in international maritime organizations. As Vice-Chair of the International Regulations Commission at World Sailing, she represents the organization at the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
