Admission Policy Europort 2025
For Europort 2025, we have renewed our admission policy to make the trade fair experience even more valuable for both visitors and exhibitors.
This approach follows international trade fair standards, where quality, relevance, and personal interaction are key.
From 1 May to 15 October, visitors could register free of charge through a personal invitation from one of the 1,000+ participating exhibitors. This allowed exhibitors to directly invite their network and see who registered via their invitation. By focusing on targeted meetings, we aim to improve the quality of connections on the exhibition floor and create more valuable interactions and collaborations.
The current admission fees are in line with market standards and enable us to continue providing a high-quality, professional trade fair environment.
We look forward to welcoming you to Europort 2025 - the platform where knowledge, innovation, and international collaboration come together.
