For your convenience we have prepared multiple participation options ranging from stand space only to Basic, Premium, Deluxe or Exclusive stand packages.
Booking a stand or requesting a booth proposal, can be done via the Exhibitor Portal.
There you can log in using the exhibitor details which you have used before.

Book your stand / request booth proposal
You only rent stand space and construct your own stand.
Stand construction consists of:
- Shell scheme separation walls (white) 2.50m high, fascia with company name
- Lockable storage of 1x1m
- Carpet tiles of 50x50cm in colour of choice (dark grey is the default),
- Furniture package (1 bar table, 4 bar chairs, 1 information desk, 1 refrigerator)
- Lighting spots (1 spot for each 4 m²)
- Electricity connection and consumption of max. 3kWh.
- Excluding stand cleaning
Stand construction consists of:
- XS system wooden slats walls 2.50m. high
- Black ceiling panel with recessed spotlights
- Eyecatcher with FC company graphic of 1.00x2.50m. on fabric
- Lockable storage of 1x1m
- Black, carpet tiles of 50x50cm in colour of choice* (dark grey is the default)
- Furniture package of 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 information desk, 1 refrigerator
- Led design display lights (1 spot for each 2 wall panels)
- Electricity connection and consumption of max. 3kW
- Excluding stand cleaning
Stand construction consists of:

- Wooden display walls in colour of choice with company name
- Lockable storage of 3x1m. with shelves
- Carpet tiles of 50x50cm in colour of choice (dark grey is the default)
- Eyecatcher of 4m. high with FC company print of 2.60x2.60m. in a frame of 3.00x3.00m.,
- Furniture package of 1 bar table, 4 bar chairs, 1 low table, 2 arm chairs, 1 information desk, 1 refrigerator, 1 Brochure display
- Led design lighting spots (1 spot for each 4sqm.)
- Electricity connection and consumption of max. 3kW.
- Excluding stand cleaning
From 25 m²: € 540.- per m²
- For stand spaces larger than 40sqm., the DELUXE stand package will be upgraded
with 2 eyecatchers of 4m. high. - Each one with FC company print of 2.60x2.60m. in a frame of 3.00x3.00m and
a lockablestorage of 3x1m.
Stand construction consists of:
- Wooden separation walls 2.75m
- High, upholstered in colour of choice (white is the default)
- Lockable storage of 2x1m,
- 1 refrigerator, 1 dust bin, 1 shelf rack, eye catcher frame with columns of 4.00m. high in colour of choice (white is the default),
- Vertical panels and panel ceiling in colour of choice (wood print is the default)
- Carpet in colour of choice
- Graphics: 1 FC print on wall (1750x2400mm.), 1 FC double sided print on eye catcher, (2100x1000mm), company name on wall,
- Lightning: led design lighting spots (1 spot for each 4sqm.), 6 arm-light spots, 2 hanging lamps of 100W,
- Bar counter with 4 bar chairs, sofa bench 2.75m., 2 chairs, 2 low tables
- Electricity connection and consumption of max.3kW
- (Stands larger than 100sqm. will be upgraded with additional eyecatcher frame, larger bench and
larger graphics of 3600*2400mm + 3000*1000mm). - Excluding stand cleaning
With participation in Europort 2027 a mandatory marketing & service package of €485,- applies. For national pavilions the marketing service fee will be charged for each participant in the pavilion. This package includes:
