Charles Watkins

Charles Watkins is a Clinical Psychologist and the CEO of Mental Health Support Solutions (MHSS). With extensive experience in global mental health and a background in clinical training at the University Medical Center of Princeton, Charles has dedicated his career to improving mental wellbeing in high-stress industries. Since founding MHSS in 2018, he has led a team of over 80 psychologists supporting seafarers and shore-based personnel worldwide. Charles is passionate about bringing accessible, stigma-free support to the maritime sector and continues to advocate for mental health as a core component of safety and resilience.
