As a B2B platform Europort wants to provide a professional environment to facilitate and strengthen business relations. During the event exhibitors also take the opportunity to organize receptions or gatherings in their stands (especially on Thursday evening). In a number of cases this is powered by (live) music or entertainment. In order to avoid any noise disturbance for fellow exhibitors a strict policy will be applicable.

As from now, a special request and permission form must be filled out, in case you are planning to have music and entertainment at your booth. Without permission from the exhibition organizers, live music and entertainment at your booth is not allowed.

In the online portal a link to the webshop can be found. In this webshop all information about electricity, water and other facilities can be found. Also orders can be placed here.

Enlarge your visibility during Europort by taking advantage of the available promotion and sponsorship possibilities. These include for example advertisements on flags, barriers and toilet doors or having a logo on the exhibition floor plan. Parking permit for the expedition area
If you would like to park on P5 or P6 area during Europort 2021, you need to be in possession of a valid parking permit for the expedition area adjacent to the halls.

Parking tickets for the general parking area
During Europort you can also park in the general parking area P1, P2. You need to pay upon entering (€ 17,50 incl. VAT per day based on availability). In addition you also have the option to order parking tickets per day in advance (€ 18.00 incl. VAT per day). The pre-ordered parking tickets give you a guaranteed place on the general parking area P1, P2; This is the parking area most close to the halls.

On 1 November, parking ticket sales will close via the webshop. After that it is NOT possible anymore to purchase these parking tickets.

From week 43, ordered parking vouchers will be send out by e-mail.
