Exhibitor bulletin week 30
In the running up to Europort 2019 we will inform you about the developments, activities and necessary preparations for your participation via digital info bulletins. Below you can find the sixth one. Missed the previous ones? You can read them on the website via the exhibitor news button.
Registration of stand personnel

During the exhibition, all stand personnel needs to carry a personal badge. You can apply for these badges online via the digital exhibitor portal (chapter 'Admission tickets’). After filling out the list you will receive a form with a barcode. Upon presentation of this form, badges can be collected during build up at the exhibitor registration desk in the central entrance hall (Plaza) or during exhibition hours at the exhibitor registration desks at both entrances.

Note: because of the free matchmaking service Ahoy Connect, we kindly ask you to fill out the personal email addresses of all stand personnel (instead of a general email address) so the stand personnel can personally connect and prepare meetings with visitors of the exhibition.

Deadline company profile
On Stage

Please fill out your company profile, mark all the branches you are active in and fill out the innovations you will present during Europort 2019 in the digital exhibitor portal. The company profile will be used for the catalogue and website.

The innovations will be highlighted in the catalogue and in the press kit, which will be send to maritime trade magazines prior to the exhibition. Deadline: Friday August 30th 2019.

Please do not forget to upload your logo in high resolution (300 dpi) eps or jpg file format, since your logo will be displayed next to your company description in the catalogue for free.

Why not give your company a stage at Europort? We offer you an exclusive opportunity to make a 20-minute presentation. The costs are € 500 per 20-minute time slot and includes the use of a laptop, projector, audio equipment and projection screen.

Time slots will be assigned in sequence of application date. To guarantee a good variety of topics and speakers, each exhibitor can reserve a maximum of 2 time slots per exhibition day. All presentations should be in English. The exhibition committee keeps the right to refuse applications.

Rotterdam will be dominated by Europort 2019 in the first two weeks of November. We recommend you to book your hotel room(s) in time. Our Europort organisation team has reserved hotel rooms with special rates for exhibitors and visitors via Preferred Hotel Reservations.

Enlarge your visibility during Europort by taking advantage of the available promotion and sponsorship possibilities. These include advertisements on flags, barriers and toilet doors or having a logo on exhibition floor plans. 

Advertising in the catalogue, hand-outs or the daily bulletin will ensure your company doesn’t miss any opportunities to connect with key target groups.

Invite your business relations in time

We advise you to invite your existing and potentials business relations in time. It is a proven fact that exhibitors who invite their relations actively, gain better exhibition results. To help you improving your results, we have developed various invitation tools that can be downloaded via the service kit on the webpage 'download center': 

  1. Banner on your website, to add your personal registration link. You can download the banners via the 'Download Center’ on the Europort website. You can also download the Europort logo here, as well as a general text.
  2. Digital invitation to invite your customers and relations (the general contact person received this digital invitation through a separate email)
  3. Printed invitation cards to invite your customers and relations (you already received 100 cards. More cards can be ordered for free through the exhibitor manual);

​In the digital exhibitor portal, chapter 'Invite visitors’, you can find all information and instructions for the banners and digital invitation tickets and how to login for your personal statistics.

Furthermore, you can always contact the communications department of Europort via communications@europort.nl in case you wish to have other kinds of promotional items.

Europort Cruise Party

After closing time of the exhibition on Wednesday evening 6 November, business continues in the vibrant atmosphere of the magnificently renovated SS Rotterdam (Steam Ship Rotterdam). This legendary ship sailed off to almost every corner in the world as the former flagship of the Holland America Line. Nowadays the ship is back at her place of birth in the city of Rotterdam and offers the perfect décor for the Europort Cruise Party.

The cruise party is an ideal occasion for you to meet industry friends, while enjoying good food and drinks, beautifully overlooking the river Maas and the skyline of the dynamic city of Rotterdam. Shuttle buses will be available after the exhibition closes to transfer you to what will be a most rewarding and stimulating evening.

As part of the Marketing Service Package, we will provide you with 1 free invitation for the cruise party. More info on this ticket will follow in September.
