	Netherlands to reopen

We are looking forward to the anniversary edition of the Europort exhibition, where safety and successful networking will go hand in hand. Last week, the Dutch government announced several reliefs of Covid-19 measures. From September 25th, the rule to stay 1.5 metres from others will be lifted. This means that Europort can take place with full capacity: visitors and exhibitors can move around freely without 1.5 meter limitations. When entering the Rotterdam Ahoy, the coronavirus entry pass system will still apply.

There has also been a relaxation of some entry requirements for international travellers, please check the latest travel guidance here. For example, visitors from the US and UK are no longer required to self-quarantine on arrival.

	Logistic arrangement

	During Europort 2021 DB Schenker is the official logistic partner. For building up and dismantling a Vehicle Registration System (VRS) is used. For Europort 2021 a pre-registration needs to be done to book a timeslot. This means that a 'place' is reserved online for the loading/unloading of the vehicle at the hall of your preference. During this online registration you will be asked to enter information concerning the vehicle and your contact information. After completing your registration you will receive a confirmation email with your access pass and barcode. It is important that this access pass is printed out and placed in the vehicle. With this pass the driver is granted permission to access the premises. Please be informed that the amount of timeslots is limited. It is therefore highly advisable to book early in advance. A time slot can be booked via the portal. 	Construction and dismantling period \| schedule per hall

	During Europort 2021 the following set up and dismantling times are in order.


	Stand builder pass

	Suppliers need to be in possession of a valid stand builder pass. Without this pass access to the exhibition halls shall be denied. You can download these passes through the exhibitor portal. Do not forget to inform your stand builder/supplier with the right set up and dismantling dates and times of Europort. If your stand builder also arranges your water and electricity connection, provide them your personal access code so the stand builder can order these connections through the portal. The exhibitor remains responsible for the orders in the portal at all times.


	Shortened construction time hall 7

	Please note that all exhibitors who exhibit in hall 7, have limited building up times. Inform your stand builder accordingly. See below:
