	Periodic Exhibitor Bulletin

To make your participation as succesful and pleasant as possible, we will be sending you periodic Exhibitor Bulletins in the running up to Europort 2021. Here, you can find more information about the developments, activities and necessary preparations for your participation. Please do not hesitate to contact the Europort team in case of any additional questions.


	Health & Safety

Our team is dedicated in preparing a safe and hospitable Europort 2021. The wellbeing of our exhibitors, visitors and other stakeholders have our highest priority. We are carefully monitoring the pandemic developments and stay in close contact with responsible authorities. We constantly adjust our working methods to the actual situation and comply with the guidelines of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the Association for Public Health and Safety (GGD). In the run up to November, we will make sure you are up to date on all safety measures and guidelines.

	New exhibition lay-out for Europort 2021

With the recent completion of the brand new Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC), Europort is ready for the future. The renewed and expanded hall & conference facilities increased the total venue capacity with 50%. This creates many new opportunities for hosting a wide range of side events during the event. Due to these expanded facilities, Europort will no longer make use of temporary halls; all exhibitors will be hosted in permanent halls and a complete new hall will be added to the Europort hall configuration. This new Hall (8) is located between the central entrance hall (Plaza) and Hall 3, with connecting passages to Hall 3.

Portal
In the beginning of next week, the log in details for the Europort portal will be send out by email to all exhibitors. This portal will provide you information and a checklist regarding your participation in Europort.

Technical services
As per today, the technical information regarding your participation will be online on our website. Information such as stand building guidelines and a technical floor plan can be found here.

Invoicing
The invoice for your participation will be send out in July.

Registration
On 3 May the registration will open for visitors. To make your participation a success, it is essential to also invite your own network for Europort through your website, email and social media. In our download centre you can download the Europort logo and several banners to guide your network to your stand in November!


	Hotel booking service


	Our Europort organisation team reserved hotel rooms with special rates for exhibitors and visitors via Preferred Hotel Reservations. If you want to make use of this hotel booking service, go to the website of Preferred Hotel Reservations or e-mail to [email protected].


	Warning phishing messages and International Fairs Directory

On a regular base Rotterdam Ahoy receives questions or complaints from exhibitors who are approached by Internation Fairs Directory, or who receive phishing messages stating that the visitor list for EUROPORT Exhibition 2021, November 2 - 5, Rotterdam is available and that you must respond to the e-mail. Don't fall for this, it is fake! These e-mails do not come from us and there is no cooperation or solidarity between us and these parties. Rotterdam Ahoy adheres to the requirements pursuant to legislation and regulations in respect of processing Personal Data, including the requirements imposed by the General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR’).

	Our 40th edition: looking back in history with our exhibitors

We are proud to announce that Europort is having its 40th edition this year. We look back with pride on the development of the past years of both Europort and the maritime industry. To have a proper look back at the beautiful history, we are collecting material of previous editions, going back all the way to 1950! We know many of you are loyal exhibitors that have been there with us over many years. You are an essential part of our history, which is why we ask you to submit any old images, video's or print materials you have and share them with us!
