The TU Delft Solar Boat Team consists of 19 motivated engineers from seven different faculties, who want to have a positive impact on the maritime world. To achieve this goal, we compete in the Monaco Open Sea Solar & Energy Challenge to show the possibilities and the power of solar energy and efficient designs. Last year we became World Champions in Monaco, this year the challenge is even bigger. The race will be longer. We will push the boundaries of technology, push the team to its limits and together with our partners build our best boat yet! This way we can make the next step towards a sustainable maritime world!

Solar Boat Twente is a multidisciplinair student team that focuses on designing and building a solar boat in one year. They try to encourage and raise awareness about sustainability in the maritime sector.  During the Solar Sport One competition in 2020 the team will try to race to a podium position by building a trustworthy 'flying' boat. In this competition the team will work towords the World Championships in Monaco!

WASUB is a Dreamteam consisting of members of the TU Delft and the VU Amsterdam. It is a team of more than 25 students originating from all kind of different studies. Together we design, build and race a human-powered submarine with the joint goal of becoming the World Champions!

SOLID is a team of students from Eindhoven University of Technology that aims to create an ecosystem for metal fuels as circular energy carriers. Together with our partners we are currently developing world’s first industrial application of an iron powder based energy storage system. Iron powder as a fuel is circular, compact, easy to store and transport, CO2-free and above all, safe - the solution for the maritime industry.
