A safe and hospitable visit

Updated on 13 October 2021

We look forward to a successful anniversary edition of the Europort exhibition, where safety and successful networking will go hand in hand. Of course, we understand that you - just like we do - keep a close eye on all developments regarding COVID-19. We are happy to inform you about the current situation.

Physical distancing is lifted; Coronavirus entry pass will apply
The Dutch government has announced that vaccination coverage is high enough in the Netherlands. As of September 25th, the rule to stay 1.5 metres from others is therefore lifted. This means that Europort can take place with full capacity: visitors and exhibitors can move around freely, network and attend gatherings without 1.5 metre limitations.

Mandatory CoronaCheck-app QR code
When entering the exhibition venue Rotterdam Ahoy,  the coronavirus entry pass system will apply. Whether walking around in the exhibition halls or taking part in one of our (partner’s) conferences and seminars, everyone will have to show a valid coronavirus entry pass along with their ID to gain admission to the venue. The Europort team is committed to providing maximum service to all our guests. Visitors and exhibitors who do not yet have a valid QR code can also have themselves tested on-site for free.

International visitors travel
Residents from EU countries can travel to the Netherlands with proof of vaccination, proof of recovery or a negative test result. Vaccinated non-EU travellers from the United States, the United Kingdom and other high-risk areas no longer have to self-quarantine on arrival in the Netherlands as of September 22nd. Prepare your journey well. Before you leave, check the latest travel advice.

Eager for live events
We are proud and grateful for the trust from the maritime sector. From the contact we maintain with the market, partners and stakeholders, it is clear that our industry is eager to meet again 'live'; both from a national as well as international level. We are working extensively on the preparations to make it a successful 40th edition of Europort 2021 for exhibitors and visitors, in a safe environment and in accordance with government guidelines.
